This is a new installation. The unit runs sometimes but when there is a call for heat the error code flu comes up and then is followed by F00. Any ideas?

Is there a blockage in the flue? How long is the run? Is there a fresh air intake?

the flu is unblocked and is about 12 feet. There is a cold air intake. I didn't answer fast because it has been working since I posted this. Now I can't even get the thing to fire after resetting it. A lot of money spent for something that hasn't been right from the start.
